Schwinn Spin

The ultimate indoor cycling class. This 45 minute
thrill ride will take you on a journey that will improve
your overall fitness. Endurance building sprints &
leg toning hill climbs. Great atmosphere & funky
music that will help you reach & maintain your fitness
goals. This class will suit beginners right
through to the die hard fitness fanatics.

Body Combat

An exciting and energetic workout combining a
range of self –defence disciplines. Body combat will
work your legs, upper body & abdominals & will give
you an overall sense of well being and self confidence.

Body Balance

Fantastic workout based on Tai chi, Yoga & Pilates
with new dynamic techniques. All designed to reduce
stress and help you achieve greater flexibility
and strength. This class will make you feel better
both physically and mentally

Body Pump

A non-impact 50 – minute workout using barbells &
weights to funky music. Suitable for beginners and
advanced fitness levels. An excellent workout targeting
major muscle groups, great for toning &
shaping up in no time

Body Attack

A 55-minute calorie burning class.
Includes low impact, moderate & high level options.
Ideal for weight loss and improving overall fitness.

Circuit

equipment to give a total body workout. A
great way to have fun and keep fit. Great class for
